Running With Your iPod/MP3 Player

What is your take on the controversy? The U.S. governing body for running, USA Track & Field (USATF), officially banned headphones in races. The subject continues to be a hot debate. Although officially banned, many race officials look the other way and some races, such as the Portland Marathon, openly invite runners to use their MP3 players/iPods. Christopher Russell wrote a thoughtful article for Active.com on the subject. What is your take? Next post I will express mine.
