For whom do you eat? I am serious...who do you want to please when you eat? Do you eat for your tongue or for your body? My tongue loves all kinds of stuff that my body hates. My tongue loves sugar, candy, beef steak fat, Mountain Dew, rocky road ice cream, In-N-Out hamburgers, popcorn immersed with real butter, jelly donuts, Swiss chocolate (anything chocolate for that matter), and....uh....you name it! Now I know our body needs a portion of some of these basic ingredients, but while the tongue loves them all to excess, the body hates excess. Of course, the body is accommodating. You throw down a bunch of excess 'something' and the body will put it some place on a shelf for you (mine goes on the shelf just above the hip bone).
I am not going to preach at you. You know what is good and not good for yourself. Just do not complain about the consequences you get for yourself.
