Runner's Handicap Calculator

So you are a more mature runner (that mean older, dude!) and your time is not as good as the younger set. Ever wonder, in any given race, what you might have done if you were 25 and not your age? Need a little help to deal with those younger runner friends who are "polite," but give you the "gaze" when they finish before you? Check out the Flyer Handicap Calculator developed by University of Dayton, Ohio runner and physiologist Paul Vanderburgh.

Great article. There's a lot of good information here, though I did want to let you know something - I am running Redhat with the up-to-date beta of Firefox, and the look and feel of your blog is kind of quirky for me. I can read the articles, but the navigation doesn't function so well.

Shame on you for creating another terrific post! Awesome stuff, keep up the good work. I see a lot of potential! I wonder if you are an active user with any social networking sites like Digg or Stumble Upon?

I want to thank the blogger very much not only for this post but also for his all previous efforts. I found www.runwellfinishstrong.com to be very interesting. I will be coming back to www.runwellfinishstrong.com for more information.

Appreciate your making the effort to debate this, Personally I think strongly regarding it and love learning read more about this topic. If at all, because you gain expertise, on earth do you mind updating your blog with more information? It is extremely helpful personally.

I know this is really boring and you are skipping to the next comment, but I just wanted to throw you a big thanks - you cleared up some things for me!

Interesting blog, thank you! I finally see the bigger picture :)

Wow nice info you have here. I hope this will help a lot of people. I will tell my friends to read this. Thanks!
