How Many Miles Are On Your Running Shoes?

You of course know that it can be damaging to yourself to run of worn out shoes. But how do you know when the shoe is no longer providing what it is supposed to provide? Just because the shoes do not "look" worn out, does not mean you need not change them. Here is an interesting site regarding shoe health. Who knows, maybe it is something you should investigate.
