I did two miles again today...or should I say I did one mile and walked the rest of the way. It was like fire sale at Macy*s with my ankles screaming at me to hurry and get back to the car. (Of course, at the rate the US economy is running, Macy*s may be having a going out of business fire sale one of these days! The US economy makes my fire sale look like a matchbook.)

Prepared to point out, that in all the time I've spent on line, reading aticles, I’ve never read one as concise and well written as this one, I don't in general comment on weblogs but in your case I felt the need to make an exception, this is certainly genuinely top quality work and absolutely opposite to the drivel, that i spend nearly all of my time on the net, reading. Thanks a lot with regard to taking a few minutes and investing the effort to provide your readers with a 1st class post. I count on reading even more of your work, yet again many thanks. Angy
